これまで4-7月での2等級下落に対してのみ対象とされてきた当該措置を8月-12月も行うことが決まりました。申請受付締切は2021年1月29日（金）です。（4-7月分を申請し忘れていた方も同日までであれば申請出来ます。） 多少の制度変更もありますので詳細は下記リンクをご確認ください。尚、この下落は固定的賃金の変動がない場合も含むので、労働日数が減ったことによる時間外勤務手当の減少も対象となります。詳細は以下の日本年金機構の発表をご参照ください。（2020年10月13日）
Japan Pension Service announced that the period of the special change of the standard monthly fee to be applied was extended for the period between August and December 2020. It was initially planned for the period between April and July. The new dead line of the application is January 29, 2021 for both of the previous period and the extended period. There are some minor change of the procedures for the extended period. However, the basic point, e.g. the drop of the total monthly salary doesn't only mean the basic salary, shall be still the same. As a result, you can apply for the change which happened due to sharp drop of the over-time allowance because of the less working day even if there was no change for your basic allowance.
