経済財政諮問会議は7月21日の会議で、9月末までの延長が決まっている雇用調整助成金の特例措置等について、10月から年末まで特に業況の厳しい企業への配慮等を継続し、最大10分の9以上の助成率を維持する方針を示しました。また、10月以降の最低賃金引き上げに伴い、賃上げを行う中小企業に対しては、雇用維持を支援するため、10月から12月までの3か月間は休業規模要件を問わずに支給する方針も明らかにしました。（2021年9月6日） Council on Economic and Fiscal Policy, so called CEFP, showed the direction of keeping the max. grant rate of 90% or more to the companies in difficult industries until the end of the year.
