厚労省は6月30日、年金制度の機能強化のための国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律の令和4年4月1日施行に伴う関係省令を公布しました。それによると、令和4年4月1日の施行から基礎年金番号を確認できる書類として、従来の国民年金手帳に代わり「基礎年金番号通知書」が交付されることになります。これにより国民年金手帳は廃止されますが、既に公布されている手帳は年金関係手続の請求書等に添付する書類として引き続き使用できます。法律の詳細は以下のURL Linkをご参照下さい。（2021年9月6日）
The amendment National Pension Act will be effective since April 2022 and role of the Pension book will be replaced by the basic pension number notification sheet to be issued in case of the confirmation of the number. As a result, Pension book will not be newly issued but it still can be applicable as the attachment of the application form related to the pension. (6/SEP/2021)
